In accordance with The Housing (Tenancy Deposits) (Prescribed Information) Order 2007, all deposits paid to HFS are sent to a deposit protection scheme within 30 days.
\nYour deposit funds will be held with one of the below schemes for the duration of your tenancy.<\/p>\n

The relevant scheme will contact you using the email address you provided to HFS when booking your accommodation.<\/p>\n

You will receive an email containing a link to activate your deposit account \u2013 please ensure you activate your account as soon as possible<\/strong> to ensure that there are no issues with the release of your deposit at the end of your tenancy.<\/p>\n
